Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us if you wish to return your item and we'll provide you with a pre-paid return label. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as it won't accept it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item returned to us and not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment within a few days.
